Do you have free parking for overnight?
All of our office location does not provide any overnight parking to customer,please use your own parking.
What is latest rerurning Time?
Seaside office reservation:Reception only office
Car pick up and return will be One`s Main Office,shuttle back to the WAIKIKI SEASIDE OFFCE until 18:30 by request.(Main office address=1684 Kalakaua Ave.)
19:00 is the latest car return without shuttle.
Ala Moana Hotel Reservation:18:00 is the latest return.
Airport Office Reservation:19:00 is the latest return.(Need appointment)
What is latest Airport pick up?
6PM arrival is the latest pick up time of airport office.
Terms of use of Airport office pick up are rental for 3 days or more.
Do you accept cash or debit card?
We only accept credit card payment at office and Online reservation need to pay in advance to make reservation.
What is cancel policy?
・48HR Before from your reservation date and time=No charge,Full Refund
・24HR Before from your reservation date and time=50％ From the rate of car itself
・Less than 24HR from your reservation date and time=：90％ From the rate of car itself
How much is extra driver fee?
Extra driver fee is free if they are in same Insurance policy.
Using different Insurance will be extra $10/day per driver
Do you have shuttle from airport to Waikiki?
No we do not have any shuttle from airport to Waikiki
Can we return car to airport or different location?
It need to be more than 3days(72Hrs) rental to return to different location.
